Four Nights a Year. One Chef. One Room.
Jean Delport, Restaurant Interlude's Michelin-starred Executive Chef, hosts a bespoke dinner in The Drawing Room, four times a year.
The Cellar Master's Table is deliberately rare: four sittings a year, each built around a bespoke menu Jean Delport designs specifically for the evening, poured from Leonardslee's own library and magnum selection. Johann Fourie, Leonardslee's winemaker, joins as wine host when his travel allows; when he can't, Barry Anderson, Adam Streeter or Penny Streeter OBE herself takes his place at the table. Jean's presence is the one constant every sitting promises.
