This approach, along with a careful blend including 6% reserve wine and a patient 36-month bottle maturation, has resulted in a wine that embodies the essence of the vintage. It presents a vibrant intensity, balanced acidity, and a symphony of green apple, berry, and subtle brioche notes, culminating in a tangy finish with a fresh floral aftertaste.

After undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle and maturing for about 36-months, the wine was finally disgorged, corked, and labelled. This vintage stands out with its rose gold colour, vibrant red berry and Turkish Delight aromas, and a refreshing palate of strawberry, nougat, and grapefruit, finished with a fine, soft mousse that delights the senses.
