KBC 2025 Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals who are of legal drinking age in their country of residence. Employees of Leonardslee Wine Estate, The Vineyard Hotel, Leonardslee House, their immediate family, or anyone connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must place their business cards in a bowl at KBP 2025. 

Prizes: 

Grand Prize: An overnight stay for two at Leonardslee House at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens, including dinner at Michelin-starred and Green Michelin-starred restaurant, Interlude. 

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries on (date to be announced soon). 

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7-days of the draw. 

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14-days of notification, Leonardslee Wine Estate reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner. 

Prize Conditions: 

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Reservations for the grand prize stay are subject to availability. 

Use of Personal Data: 

By entering, participants agree to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing purposes by Leonardslee Wine Estate. Personal data will not be shared with third parties. 

All personal information relating to the participants will be used solely in accordance with GDPR. 

Responsibility: 

Leonardslee Wine Estate is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 

Changes to Terms: 

Leonardslee Wine Estate reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 

The competition, its prizes, and terms and conditions may be amended by Leonardslee Wine Estate at any time during the competition, and such changes will be applied and interpreted within their sole discretion. 

Legal Compliance: 

This competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. 

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

Social Media: 

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. 

The winner's name may also be published on Leonardslee Wine Estate’s social media profiles, subject to the winner objecting to such publication to safeguard their right to privacy.
