Our New Multi-Vintage Classic Cuvée Is Now On Sale
We are introducing the Leonardslee Classic Cuvée, Multi-Vintage, now available from the Gardens Shop at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens and online.
This new addition to the Leonardslee collection brings together 48% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir and 6% Pinot Meunier, blending seven carefully selected components across four vintages. Recent vintages bring freshness and vibrancy, while older reserve wines add layers of texture, complexity and depth.
Four Vintages. One Leonardslee Expression
Crafted in the Leonardslee tradition of precision, elegance and site expression, this Classic Cuvée offers a broader interpretation of our single-estate vineyard.
After 24 months on lees, it combines youthful freshness with developed character. The result is a sparkling wine with remarkable length, balance and persistence.
Fresh, Elegant and Expressive
The nose opens with lemon, pear and orange blossom, complemented by warm brioche and subtle nuttiness. Fine, soft bubbles create a delicate mousse, while the palate is mineral-driven and lifted by zesty Granny Smith apple-like acidity.
Layers of berry, peach and grapefruit add vibrancy and complexity before a refined, precise and beautifully fresh finish.
