One welcome glass of Leonardslee Family Vineyards sparkling wine. A guided flight of three Ole Bison bourbons including an eight-year expression finished in Oloroso Sherry casks. A dessert cocktail served in the style of an espresso martini. Then a three-course dinner in the Vineyard Kitchen overlooking the estate.
Strictly limited to 60 guests, this exclusive evening marks Ole Bison Bourbon's introduction to a Leonardslee audience in the UK. Hosted by bourbon expert Jeremy, you'll discover the craftsmanship, character and stories behind each expression while enjoying an evening that brings together English sparkling wine, premium American bourbon and seasonal dining.

Guests will be guided through three characterful Ole Bison bourbon expressions, each chosen to showcase depth, warmth and complexity.
5 YO Hi Rye 86% Proof Bourbon
A vibrant high-rye bourbon with spice, structure and a smooth, balanced finish.
5 YO Barrel Select 100% Proof Bourbon
A richer, bolder bourbon with deeper oak influence and a fuller character.
8 YO Small Batch 107% Proof Bourbon
Aged for eight years and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, this small batch bourbon brings together rye spice, soft barley notes, corn sweetness and a rounded, sherried finish.
To finish the tasting, guests will enjoy a dessert cocktail made with Ole Bison Red High Rye Bourbon, served in the style of an espresso martini.
