Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Evening at Leonardslee Wine Estate

Join us at Leonardslee Wine Estate for an evening of sparkling wine, premium bourbon and seasonal dining, hosted in the beautiful setting of the estate.
Begin the evening with a welcome glass of Leonardslee Family Vineyards sparkling wine before joining host Jeremy for a guided bourbon whiskey tasting in the Wine Lounge. Guests will enjoy a tasting flight of three distinctive Ole Bison bourbon expressions, followed by a dessert cocktail created with Ole Bison Red High Rye Bourbon.
After the tasting, take your seat in the Vineyard Kitchen for a three-course set menu, designed to complete the evening with generous flavour, relaxed dining and views across the estate.

The Bourbon Tasting Flight
Guests will be guided through three characterful Ole Bison bourbon expressions, each chosen to showcase depth, warmth and complexity.
5 YO Hi Rye 86% Proof Bourbon
A vibrant high-rye bourbon with spice, structure and a smooth, balanced finish.
5 YO Barrel Select 100% Proof Bourbon
A richer, bolder bourbon with deeper oak influence and a fuller character.
8 YO Small Batch 107% Proof Bourbon
Aged for eight years and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, this small batch bourbon brings together rye spice, soft barley notes, corn sweetness and a rounded, sherried finish.
To finish the tasting, guests will enjoy a dessert cocktail made with Ole Bison Red High Rye Bourbon, served in the style of an espresso martini.

Tickets are £67 per person and include the welcome drink, hosted bourbon tasting, dessert cocktail and three-course dinner.
This event is for guests aged 18 and over. Please drink responsibly.
Each ticket includes entry into a prize draw to win one bottle of each whiskey featured in the tasting flight.
