A Family Vision Rooted in Sussex
The story of Leonardslee Family Vineyards began when the Streeter family acquired the historic Leonardslee estate and embarked on one of the most significant garden restoration projects in Europe. Inspired by the success of their South African wine estate, Benguela Cove, owner Penny Streeter OBE set out to create an exceptional English sparkling wine destination in Sussex.
Today, more than 70,000 vines flourish across 37 acres of Sussex countryside, producing traditional-method sparkling wines crafted exclusively from estate-grown fruit. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier thrive in the region's unique climate and soils, creating wines of elegance, freshness and complexity.
